I think I've found the best place to stay in London. It's in the north, ten minutes' walk from a tube station, with free wi-fi, a hearty English breakfast, friendly service and everything you could possibly need around the corner (halal chicken, pizza and kebab joints; banks, dry cleaners, beauticians, newsagent and post office; and if you're into these types of things - Starbucks, McDonalds and two pubs). All for a very reasonable price. Of course when you come across these things, you want to keep them a secret...
